Guest Speaker Guidelines and Form

Thank you for your interest in being a FCA Speaker. FCA is committed to “see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.”

Keep Your Audience in Mind:

Gospel-Centered:

• FCA is an inter-denominational ministry presenting the opportunity for a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, focusing on communicating the basics of the Gospel message including:
• God loves you
• Sin separates you from God
• Jesus rescues you (The life, death, and resurrection of Jesus Christ)
• The opportunity to trust Jesus
• View The FOUR.
• Avoid discussions about:
• Baptism, communion, or other doctrines specific to denominations.
• Spiritual gifts such as speaking in tongues, healing, and prophecy which are a part of many believers’ worship but have proven controversial in some Christian circles.

Your audience will be comprised of members of various church denominations and people from unchurched backgrounds.

It is crucial that all guest speakers share sound Biblical teaching that aligns with FCA’s Statement of Faith. Effective 2/1/2024, any guest speaker for any FCA Huddle or event must follow these guidelines:

1. Complete a Ministry Leader Application. The application will go to Kat or Corri for review and we will confirm when they are approved.
